28 June 2021.

AgForce members have until Friday to get involved in our new firearms survey.

Results from the questionnaire will be used to advocate for improvements to how The Weapons Act 1990 is administered.

For Queensland’s farming community the impact of drought, financial hardship, and changing demand for agricultural commodities can be devastating.

And when it comes to physical and mental health, sometimes the resilience, self-reliance and “just get on with it” attitude can mask a desperate need for support.

AgForce strongly supports its members and others in the industry having good access to healthcare services and we work to remove any barriers, both real and perceived, to people getting the help they need.

By answering a few simple questions about firearms and health, you can help contribute to a stronger outcome.

Your answers are completely anonymous and confidential, so please be as honest as you can.

Struggling to cope with everyday life doesn’t look or feel the same for everyone.

We can’t say how this could feel for you or what type of support you might need, but there are organisations that will listen and talk it through with you to help you get the support you need.
