A credit card is required to apply for a GHMS Permit online. If you do not wish to provide a credit card, you will not be able to apply online. Please email AgForce GHMS to obtain a copy of the GHMS application form.

The current fee for a GHMS Permit is $156 per truck/permit.

If you are already an AgForce Member please sign in to ensure your permits are associated with your membership, and you will receive a membership fee rebate where applicable.
