THE OPPORTUNITY: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a new position that will have primary responsibility for leading the day-to-day  operations of the business of AgForce in accordance with the strategic plan and operating budgets

ABOUT YOU: You’re an entrepreneurial team player who can multitask, an exceptional communicator with the ability to analyse opportunities, and you have a strong understanding of modern data driven environments.

South West Regional Manager

AgForce Queensland Farmers Ltd (AgForce) is the state’s peak advocacy group representing the interests of the broadacre agriculture industry, covering beef, cane, grains and sheep and wool commodities.  Advocating on behalf of thousands of primary producers, AgForce is an independent, non-governmental, voluntary organisation with a purpose to: ‘Advance Sustainable Agribusiness’.

Expressions of interest are invited from applicants interested in applying for the position of AgForce Regional Manager - South-West Queensland. 

While the preference is for this to be a full-time position, applicants interested in a part-time role (three days/week) may also be considered.

With an AgForce office located in Charleville, the successful candidate will be expected to spend some time working from this location but will also have the option to have a hybrid work arrangement, combining working from home, should they reside elsewhere in the region.
