AgEssentials

Have you got the AgEssentials?

The AgEssentials program enables you to gain a full, nationally accepted, Certificate IV in Conservation and Land Management qualification for successfully completing a number of workshops and courses through AgForce Training and AgForce Projects. You do not need to compete any further study.

To be eligible for a full qualification you will need to have participated in some of the following programs and received a certificate called a Statement of Attainment from each workshop.

When you have completed one of the following options you will be eligible to receive the Certificate IV in Conservation and Land Management which is recognised throughout Australia and can lead to further qualifications such as a Diploma.


What do you need to do?

To be eligible for the AgEssentials qualification you must complete the:
• Computer Mapping Essentials workshop;
• Vegetation Management Essentials workshop;
• Leading Groups; and
• SMARTtrain Chemical program

 Plus any one of the following six combinations of course options:
Option 1
Responsible Rural Safety Management
Option 2
GPS Essentials
Option 3
Covey 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
Option 4
ClimEd
Option 5
Business Essentials
Option 6
AgForests Essentials
