Cre8ive Ag competition
Looking to get cre8ive?
AgForce invites school students to participate in the 2013 Cre8ive Ag Competition. The competition is divided into two sections, Groovy Gumboots and aspire2ag videoclip comp, depending on the student's year level.
The competition is a great way for students to express their ideas and thoughts about agriculture and its importance in their lives through creative expression and an opportunity to spread the Every Family Needs A Farmer message.
What's involved?
Groovy Gumboots: Students can decoratea picture of a gumboot to represent what farming means to them. Click here for the template.
Groovy Gumboots is open to primary school-age students in two different categories and there are great prizes to be won.
The categories are:
- Category 1: Years 1 - 3
- Category 2: Years 4 - 6
- First prize: $200 Coles/Myer Voucher
- Second prize: $100 Coles/Myer Voucher
- Public choice prize: $200 Coles/Myer Voucher
aspire2ag:
Get creative by making a 30 second video clip that reflects your knowledge of the Queensland agricultural industry - incorporating the message ‘Every Family Needs A Farmer’.
aspire2ag is open to school-age students across Australia in two different categories and there are awesome prizes to be won.
The categories are:
- Category 1: Middle School - Years 7 – 9
- Category 2: High school - Years 10 - 12
- First prize: $500 Coles/Myer Voucher
- Second prize: $200 Coles/Myer Voucher
- First and second prize winners in the senior section will also win one TASTE experience.
