GPS essentials
GPS – how to make it a valuable property management tool
Hand-held GPS units can either be a great property management tool or a source of frustration.
AgForce Project’s GPS workshops cover how to capture property infrastructure with a GPS to assist with property planning, how to navigate around property, save information and combine GPS data with property computer mapping software.
Funding for the AgForward initiative ended 30 September 2012.
While AgForward is no longer delivering free GPS workshops, a limited number of workshops will be delivered through AgForce Projects' Biodiversity Project on Belmont Station (Etna Creek) and in the Fitzroy Basin through funding from the Australian Government's Caring for our Country intiative. See the events calendar for upcoming dates.
If there are no workshops in your region please contact AgServices for fee-for-service options.
