| Investing in grains industry Research and development is currently a very topical issue for Queensland's grains industry. AgForce is working with and lobbying the government to ensure R&D investment and infrastructure remains in Queensland. There has been progress regarding the recognition of equity in the Leslie Research Centre by the government. The Queensland Government have announced their Fresh Approach Strategy being Grains 2020. There are however remaining issues which have not been fully resolved to the satisfaction of AgForce and the grains industry. |
