As part of the Leading Groups program you are asked to nominate a group you currently lead, influence or are a part of.  During and after the Leading Groups program you are encouraged to implement actions, tools and ideas with this group and achieve improved results for yourself and others in the group.  

What does Leading Groups cover?
 
Leading Groups is based on a model developed by RuralScope, after research revealed a need for primary producers and those in regional Australia to develop their group leadership skills, to achieve better outcomes and results with the groups they lead in their region. 
The Leading Groups program has been built around this model and is made up of four core modules.

This course is delivered by AgForce Training and is open to anyone.
